GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Relais Borgo Il Massera.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Relais Borgo Il Massera, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Relais Borgo Il Massera sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Relais Borgo Il Massera in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Relais Borgo Il Massera promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Buchung ist fur unsere Struktur erst nach Erhalt des Zahlungsbelegs der Anzahlung (30 % des Gesamtbetrages des Aufenthaltes) bindend.

Restbetrag: bei Ankunft

Tiere: nicht erlaubt

Anreise (Check-in): Die Appartements konnen am Anreisetag von 16 bis 19 Uhr bezogen werden (das Gepack kann in jedem Fall vorher zur Aufbewahrung abgestellt werden).

Abreise (Check-out): Die Appartements mussen am Abreisetag bis spatestens 10 Uhr geraumt werden.

RÜCKTRITTSBEDINGUNGEN

Im Falle einer Stornierung wird der komplette Anzahlungsbetrag einbehalten.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Relais Borgo Il Massera, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
